 Bronze Key package is billed when the service is requested on an "as needed basis".

Package  1 – Bronze Key           from 360€*

Prepare the day before your arrival :

- Fresh sheets, bath towels, dust, cleaning,

- Property aerated, heated or air conditionned,

- All household applicances and electronics verifyed,

- Fresh flowers and bottle of Rosé awaiting your arrival,

- Stock your kitchen with immediate basics requested by you (Fresh milk, Bread, Coffee, Bread, Watern eggs, toilet paper etc...)

- Clean up after your departure (sheets and towels included)

Package 2 –Silver Key         from  1290€*        

This includes all of Package 1 (with bottle of champagne instead of Rosé awaiting) plus annually :

- 1 monthly visit to your residence to check tjhe premises,

- Water plants, keep the temperature under control when necessary,

- Forward any mail received on a monthly basis,

- An e-mail report will be send to you after each visit,

- Exterior furnitures cleaned and ready for your arrival, and fold for winter when you leave,

- Maintenance of your terrace

Package 3 –Gold Key              On demand          This includes all of Package 2 plus :

- Monthly maintenance of the garden and swimming pool,

- Pick you up and drop you off at Airport/Train Station,

- Be present for any deliveries
